What this is
Education and organization only. The Remodel Audit's checklist, kit and briefs are not a price quote, a home inspection, or legal, engineering or professional design advice. Costs are ranges. Permits, deposit limits and lien rules vary by state and city; verify with your local building department, licensed contractors and, for legal questions, an attorney.
Prices
Prices are flat and shown on each product. They are never a percentage of your project.
Before the Remodel
Your option is based on the budget in the quotes you received. You can send up to 3 quotes for the same scope. Delivery is in 2, 3, 4 or 5 business days by option, counted from when complete documents arrive. There is one round of follow-up questions by email. There are no site visits and no ongoing change-order review during construction.
If your project involves an active legal dispute, structural failure or an active leak, I'll point you to the right local professional and refund you.
Refunds
Kit: because it's a digital file, all sales are final, but email me if something doesn't work and I'll fix it. Before the Remodel: Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you haven't sent your quotes or documents yet. Once you send them, my review has started and the purchase is final. If you picked a higher tier than your budget needs, I'll refund the difference.

Florida projects get state-specific notes now. Texas notes are coming next.
